1.2 The Company will provide the Services in accordance with the specifications and requirements agreed upon with the client (“Client”) on a per-project basis.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
2. Our Client Responsibilities
2.1 The Client shall provide all necessary information, materials, and assets required for the production of the campaign, including but not limited to access to talent, raw audio files, scripts, artwork, and any other content needed for the Services.
2.2 The Client shall ensure that all content provided to the Company does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
2.3 The Client shall provide feedback and review the work provided by the Company in a timely manner. Failure to provide feedback within a reasonable time may result in project delays.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the company, its podcast, campaigns, and their content shall remain with the company and/or the client we are acting on behalf of.
3.2 The Company shall retain the right to use any podcast and campaign content produced for our Clients for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3 Our Clients represent and warrant that it owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any content provided to the Company for the purpose of producing the campaign deliverables.
Visitors of our website may view, download and print pages from the Platform Media Website for their own personal use, provided that, in all cases, Platform Media is acknowledged as the source of the material. However, you may not copy, download, modify, reproduce, amend, distribute, delete or otherwise use for any purpose, any material, or content of part of the Website.

10.2 The failure of either party to exercise any right provided for in this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights under this Agreement.
